Saigon Psychedelic Ball

Whoa what a night! Headed out at 6:00pm on Saturday for the Frasers’ Psychedelic Ball at the Sheraton Saigon and didn’t end up getting back home until 7:30am the following morning!

If you’re wondering what the hell this ball is about it’s a charity event organised by AusCham which is short for the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. It’s a way for a bunch of people to get dressed up, get trashed, have a seriously good time and also help support a charity.

One of the best performances of the night was the The Vietnam People doing a dance routine to YMCA. Ha ha man, those guys rocked!

Anyways, it was an amazing night with great food, an excellent show and then a late night cruise on the Saigon River followed by a hearty breakfast with the works in a garden of a very big house on the banks of the Saigon River. It was a truly amazing and very memorable night. So yeah, check out the photos!

A Few Days In Bangkok

At the end of August I headed off to Bangkok from my new adopted home of Ho Chi Minh city for 3 nights to meet up with some friends from Melbourne that were there on holiday. Here are a few pictures from the trip.
