Vietnam Holiday Extension

I’ve been having so much fun here in Vietnam that I just couldn’t go back home yet so I just had to extend my holiday for as long as I could.

I was supposed to be back at work on Monday the 19th of June so I changed my flight to arrive in Melbourne on the same day at 6:00am so I could make it to work. Crazy yeah? Luckily my manager was nice enough to give me an extra day leave so I’ll be returning to work the following day.

Anyways, you probably want to know what I’ve been up to here. Well, I’ve mostly stayed in the city where all the action is. Hitting the bars and clubs and getting to know the locals. Last weekend I went to Nha Trang which is a costal town 442km from Saigon. At Nha Trang I went swimming and snorkelling out near one of the islands which was amazing. I also had the pleasure of bathing in the mineral mud baths which was quite a unique experience. Here are a few pictures from the trip.

Holidaying In Singapore & Vietnam

As most of my friends know, I’m currently on holiday in Asia. Right now I’m in Ho Chi Minh City after spending three nights in the oh so clean city of Singapore. Damn is it hot and humid here! It’s either hot and humid or hot, humid and wet and when it rains does it absolutely pours!

Anyways, I took a few random snaps from my new digital camera I bought in Singapore and thought I would share them. Oh and these are all from Singapore. I haven’t taken any in Vietnam yet.
